This project focused on designing a conversion-focused email campaign system aimed at recovering abandoned purchases and increasing conversion rates through persuasive lifecycle email design.

The campaign included four strategic emails:

  1. Cart Reminder Email

  2. Product Benefit Reminder

  3. Social Proof & Testimonials

  4. 15% Off Incentive Offer

The objective was to create a premium email experience that balanced trust, urgency, product clarity, and conversion psychology while remaining visually aligned with Polystar’s consumer-focused brand identity.



Copywriting Strategy

The messaging system followed a progressive persuasion framework:

Email 01 → Reminder

Email 02 → Value reinforcement

Email 03 → Trust reinforcement

Email 04 → Urgency + incentive

This sequencing mirrors how users naturally make purchasing decisions for higher-consideration products.
