The objective was to create a premium email experience that balanced trust, urgency, product clarity, and conversion psychology while remaining visually aligned with Polystar’s consumer-focused brand identity.

Copywriting Strategy
The messaging system followed a progressive persuasion framework:
Email 01 → Reminder
Email 02 → Value reinforcement
Email 03 → Trust reinforcement
Email 04 → Urgency + incentive
This sequencing mirrors how users naturally make purchasing decisions for higher-consideration products.
